Shipping policy

Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods

Standard Parcel Smaller items such as faucets, showerheads, and accessories ship via standard parcel carriers (UPS, FedEx). Estimated transit time is 3–7 business days depending on destination.

LTL Freight Large items — including freestanding tubs, steam generators, and oversized sinks — ship via LTL freight carrier. Freight deliveries are curbside by default. If you require liftgate service or inside delivery, contact us before placing your order so we can arrange accordingly.

Important — Freight Deliveries Please inspect your shipment carefully before signing the delivery receipt. If any damage is visible, note it on the receipt before the driver leaves. Damage claims cannot be honored if damage is not documented at the time of delivery.

Local Pickup — Dallas, TX Customers in the Dallas area are welcome to arrange local pickup. Please contact us prior to placing your order to schedule a pickup time.

Shipping Quotes for Oversized Items For certain large or heavy items, a shipping quote will be provided separately before your order is confirmed.
