Return Window We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility Requirements To qualify for a return, items must be:

• Unused and uninstalled — never connected to plumbing or electrical systems
• In original, undamaged packaging with all included components and documentation
• In the same condition as received

Special-order and custom-configured items are not eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return Contact us before shipping anything back. We'll confirm eligibility and provide return instructions. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend insured freight for high-value fixtures.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
